Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please make an appointment or call ahead before dropping in. This helps us control our garment intake and return your clothes sooner!
What are your prices?
A price guide can be found on our Price Guide page. Please keep in mind that final prices for alterations can vary depending on complexity and the amount of work needed.
What is your turn around time?
Our average turnaround time is 3 weeks, but this depends on the type of garment you bring in and the availability of our seamstresses. If you have garments for a special event, please request an appointment at least one month in advance.
What if I don’t like the alterations?
If you are not satisfied with your alterations, please let us know within two weeks of your pick up date. We are a small, service-based company and are unable to offer refunds. However, we will do our best to make it up to you and ensure that you are happy with the results.
Can you make me curtains?
Due to the high demand of clothing repairs and alterations, I am not accepting home decor requests. This includes making or fixing furniture cushions, curtains, and table cloths.
Do you work with leather?
YES! We can now sew patches onto leather garments (jackets, vests) and other small alterations like repair seams or replace zippers.
